Fees

Fees may vary. These are my guidelines.
​
Buyers : Not to exceed 0.75 % of purchase price or 10% of discount from asking price - whichever is the greater.
Retainer : £300 (3 months).
​
Renters ; 4 weeks rent.
​
Retainer : £200 (8 weeks).
Regulatory and Compliance
AG PropertySearch is a member of the Property Ombudsman Scheme, to which you would have recourse should you require it, and is registered with Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs (HMRC) for anti-money laundering supervision.​
Privacy

​Your privacy will, at all times, be treated with the utmost respect. Your information will not be made available to any third parties unless required by regulatory or legal authorities.
